Returns – Right of Withdrawal
lamprousis.gr is not responsible for defects or poor quality of the products available to its customers. All products are received from suppliers packaged.
In the event that a proven defective product is found in the quantities delivered, you reserve the right to return within ten (10) working days (DOA) with the possibility of replacing it at our own shipping costs or refunding your money.
To return the product, it should:
- It is not damaged
- Have all the original documents/parts that came with it
- And its complete package.
Also, the product should have its complete packaging when it is sent for inspection at the service.
Upon completion of the inspection by the Supplier Company to confirm the defective product and in the event that you wish to return the price of the order, this is done within fourteen (14) days and is carried out in the same way as you placed the order ( e.g. cash or credit on your credit card.)
Right of Withdrawal
From the submission of the electronic order, the customer has the right to withdraw from the sale within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days.
This withdrawal does not need to have a specific reason and without any charge and if the item has already been delivered, the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which he received it, with all the accessories, the forms that accompany it and its packaging in perfect condition. The return of the item is accepted, only if the buyer has first paid any amount incurred by the company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.
The declaration of withdrawal is made in writing via email to our email address, quoting the Order Code. Our company is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it receives the request.
Following the declaration of withdrawal, lamprousis.gr returns the price it collected for the order in question in the same way as the order was placed. The return will be made no later than within fourteen (14) working days of both the product and the price.
Delivery charges are not refunded unless the customer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by lamprousis.gr
In addition, the customer is obliged to return the products within 14 calendar days from the day on which he communicated the withdrawal.
The customer is responsible for indemnifying the company if he made use other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the period until the declaration of withdrawal. lamprousis.gr is entitled to agree with the customer on the amount of compensation even with mutual netting. In the event that the withdrawal concerns the provision of services, the customer must pay an amount proportional to what was provided up to the declaration of withdrawal. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal any associated contracts expire automatically, at no cost to the customer.
The Right of Withdrawal Does not apply:
- In cases where the products have been used.
- In cases where the delivered products are not suitable for return once unsealed for health protection reasons.
